January has come and gone.
I successfully avoided setting or achieving any resolutions. I suppose that can be considered a win in some right. Somehow. Perhaps. Probably not.
While I spared myself the disappointment of failing at a resolution, I also shorted myself the chance at setting a good pace for the new year.
A new month brings a new chance.
I’m not here to set any lofty plans. I’m here simply to put thought to text. Virtual pen to virtual paper, if you will.
Get out of my head. Get to action. Maybe. Preferably.
Completely wimped out tonight. Even after a night of complete rest, my one leg muscle isn’t stable enough to push. I did only 2 sets of the 5. Boo.
Not fun considering I’m still sore from Friday!!
Day 3. Quick upper body workout. 3 sets of 8 bicep curls, 5 bent over rows, and 5 shoulder presses. I technically did twice as many bicep curls as I should have, because I did per arm instead of total.
Got involved. 5 sets of 60 high knees + 20 jab-jab-cross-squat combos.
Super quick workout. 60 side leg raises, 60 squats, 60 toe tap hops, 60 mountain climbers.
Short walk around the block
