The 13th day of the Beginner Calendar calls for a Legs workout. I went with a thigh workout that had a nice focus on inner thigh exercises.
This workout came just when my legs were finally starting to not be sore. I’m sure I’ll be sore and shaky again tomorrow. Out of water from chugging it down after finishing this and afraid to attempt the walk downstairs for fear of jello legs making me slip. Yeah, it was that good of a workout.
Fitbit only estimates 48 calories for the 13 minutes of this workout (11 exercises, 2 stretches), but I can tell I got up to a good intensity level just from my sweat and heart rate alone.
